Global Kids Day Care Ltd is a family run business. I have over 17 years’ experience within the childcare industry. I have a Level 2 and 3 in Early Years Care Education and a University a degree in FDA Early Years, Leadership and Management. I have undertaken vast amount of training courses relating to childcare such as 'Performance Management, Supervisory skills', modules in managing quality improvement using the Early Childhood and infant/Toddler environment rating scales, 'Level 3 in First Line Management; Level 2 in Food Safety and Catering, Designated Safeguarding Officer training and Paediatric First Aid. I have also completed training in Speech and Language Therapy update for Health Visiting and has a Teachers Certificate in Developmental Baby Massage, as well as Level 3 in Forest School Leadership. These are just some of the main courses undertaken and I am constantly striving to further our development to increase our effectiveness in the industry.
